Shipping Policy

We aim to keep things simple, clear, and stress-free, from checkout to delivery.

Pre-Orders

Cycle Harmony is currently available on pre-order.

  • All pre-orders will be dispatched from April

  • Delivery will take place after 26 March

  • If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once available

You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout, and another email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the UK.

  • Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner

  • Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days

  • Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside of our control

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we’re unable to amend orders once they’ve been shipped

Delays & Issues

While we always aim for smooth delivery, occasional delays can happen.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@natlah.co with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification so we can assist.
